Do you service all hair types and textures?
Absolutely — the salon works with all curl patterns and natural textures, specializing in healthy hair practices.
Do you work with kids’ natural hair?
Yes. We offer kid-friendly protective styles and gentle natural-hair services for children.
Do I need to book an appointment? Or do you take walk-ins?
Appointments are strongly encouraged. Walk-ins may be accepted but depend on stylist availability and style desired.
Do you require a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit depends on your desired style. It is not always required to secure your appointment. If a deposit is required, the deposit goes toward your final service price.
What should I do before my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, detangled hair that’s free of product buildup. If you need a wash added to your appointment, we can include it when booking.
Do you provide the hair, or do I need to bring my own?
For most twist and braiding services, hair is included. If a specific type or color is required, clients may need to bring it. Directions are provided at booking.
How long do braid or twist appointments usually take?
The duration depends on length, thickness, and the style selected. On average, twist or braid styles take 2–5 hours.
What happens if I’m running late or need to reschedule?
We have a late-policy and reschedule policy. Clients over 10–15 minutes late may need to rebook. To reschedule, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance.
How should I maintain my style after leaving the salon?
We provide after-care tips for every style. Usually this includes nightly satin wrapping, oiling your scalp every few days, and avoiding heavy products that cause buildup.
